Hans Albers
Director of Legal Services, US and Canada, Cisco Systems
Hans Albers is Cisco Systems Director of Legal Services for the US and Canada since December 2005. Before that he was responsible for Cisco's Europe, Middle East and Africa theatre. In his role he is supported by a team of over 25 lawyers and contract negotiators, all primarily specialized in IT and commercial contracts. Hans reports directly to the Vice President Law and Associate General Counsel of Cisco in the US.

Michael Chabeli
Executive Assistant and Senior Counsel, Office of the General Counsel, The Coca-Cola Company
Mr. Chabeli is the executive assistant and senior counsel in the office of the general counsel, based in Atlanta, Georgia. He joined the Company in 1996 and has held a number of leadership positions within the legal department in various locations around the world, from legal counsel, deputy legal director, to legal director and competition counsel.

Jay C. Clemens
Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, eBay, Inc.
Mr. Clemens is vice president and deputy general counsel at eBay, Inc., the world’s largest online trading community. He is currently responsible for legal matters related to eBay’s operations in the United States and all international regions outside of Europe. From 1999 through 2004, he was responsible for all international legal matters at eBay, as the company expanded into 24 new countries outside the U.S.

Bruno Cova
Partner, Paul Hastings and Former Chief Legal Adviser Investigating Parmalat
Learn how you can be an effective, vigilant legal steward of your organization's corporate governance strategy in this era of heightened scrutiny and increased professional risk. Mr. Cova will discuss lessons learned from his past roles as general counsel of large multinational corporations, chief legal adviser investigating the Parmalat corporate fraud scandal, and current role of adviser to board of directors and general counsel in complex, high-stakes situations. He will share insights on what general counsel can do to protect their company and reduce their professional exposure and liability.

Bruno Cova was the chief legal adviser to the Commissioner appointed by the Italian government to investigate Europe's largest financial fraud at Parmalat and deal with the restructuring of the company. Bruno Cova has been general counsel of Fiat and is now a partner and co-chair with Paul Hastings' Milan office.

Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc.
Michelle Gluck is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc., a $3.5 billion NYSE listed real estate transaction services company. Before joining LandAmerica, Ms. Gluck served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Kmart Corporation. Prior to that, she worked as Vice President and Associate General Counsel of The Sports Authority and Vice President and General Counsel of Best Products.

Bonnie E. Green
Vice President, Compliance and Assistant General Counsel, Sodexho, Inc.
Bonnie E. Green is currently Vice President, Compliance and Assistant General Counsel in the Corporate Affairs Group of the Law Department. Bonnie is responsible for providing counsel on legal and regulatory compliance matters and Sodexho's business integrity initiatives, which include advising on legal and ethical concerns and initiating and maintaining Sodexho's ethics training and survey program. Bonnie also assists with business integrity initiatives worldwide, as well as Sodexho’s Corporate Responsibility initiatives.

Susan Ponce
Vice President and Chief Counsel, ESG International
Susan M. Ponce is vice president and chief counsel, ESG International the energy services division of Halliburton Company. She leads ESG's international legal function, overseeing 20 lawyers in 12 offices around the world. Prior to taking that role in 2003, she developed and led Halliburton's Environmental Law Practice Group.

Allan Resnick
Divisional Vice President Law, Walgreen Company
Allan M. Resnick received his B.A. from Ohio State University and J.D. From Ohio State University College of Law. Before joining Walgreen Co as a Senior Attorney, he was in private practice. He was appointed Director, Law of Walgreen Co and Assistant Secretary in 1989 and Divisional Vice President, Law in 1998. He is responsible for oversight of various legal areas, including commercial and tort litigation, securities and corporate, information technology, intellectual property, acquisitions and other transactions, He has served on the Board of ACCA ( Chicago Chapter), Advisory Board of the American Corporate Secretaries Association(Chicago Chapter), as Chairman of the Depaul Institute of Business and Professional Ethics and has spoken before various bar and other groups.

William A. Von Hoene, Jr.
Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Exelon Corporation
As general counsel, Mr. Von Hoene has responsibility for all of Exelon’s legal affairs. Upon completion of Exelon’s merger with PSE&G, a New Jersey based electric and gas utility, he will serve as General Counsel of Exelon Electric & Gas (the new name for the combined companies).
