This informative Webinar will be split into four consecutive 30-minute segments focused on the most active areas of the law. Each segment will feature moderator, Tim Yost, and subject-matter expert panelists who will discuss current issues of interest. There will be time at the end of each half hour session for Q & A. Note that you only have to sign up once for the Webinar regardless of which session(s) you'd like to attend. Note: Panelists are subject to change.

1. Provider Issues featuring panelists Carolyn Metnic, Brent Rawlings, Jason Greis and David Edquist will focus on key provisions impacting providers. Current developments will be addressed at the end of the session and will include Medicare payment cuts, funding of physician funding and grants to reduce medical malpractice lawsuits.

2. Health Information Technology featuring panelist Howard Burde will provide insights of the key provisions regarding Health Information Technology with discussions surrounding current developments.

3. Employee benefits will feature panelist David Bacon and will review the potential impact of the recently announced regulations to discourage benefit scale backs.
