Current developments will be addressed at the end of the session and will include Medicare payment cuts, funding of physician funding and grants to reduce medical malpractice lawsuits.
2. Health Information Technology featuring panelist Howard Burde will provide insights of the key provisions regarding Health Information Technology with discussions surrounding current developments.
3. Employee benefits will feature panelist David Bacon and will review the potential impact of the recently announced regulations to discourage benefit scale backs.
4. Insurance/Reinsurace Issues will feature Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner, Joel Ario who will review current key provisions and current developments in a Q & A format.
