In 1991, Interface Software was created as a software company that would revolutionize the way law firms grew and developed their business - through Relationship Intelligence. Today, InterAction is available to the legal, financial services, accounting, and management consulting industries and is proven to be the platform that empowers professionals to leverage who and what they know to uncover new revenue opportunities, differentiate themselves from the competition and enhance client service.
LexisNexis acquired Interface Software in 2004 as part of a vision to provide its markets with a uniquely designed CRM platform that delivers Relationship Intelligence throughout firms and organizations quickly, efficiently and cost effectively. A key strategy of this plan is to combine internal knowledge with external content to deliver a 360 degree view of clients, prospects, competitive intelligence and market trends, and deliver it directly to user's desktops. Our goal at InterAction is to deliver extraordinary software and services that will empower professional services firms and other relationship-based organizations to compete more effectively and efficiently. We do this by understanding the unique needs of professionals, and by tailoring our solutions and services with them in mind.
