LexisNexis is currently recruiting in the UK for a CRM Client Advisor with responsibility for the UK, Ireland & Europe. This client-facing role is perfectly suited to someone with a strong working knowledge of CRM tools, principles, concepts and external frameworks, and a background in business development, marketing and/or CRM technology.
- Strong presentation skills and a desire to work with people in an innovative, problem-solving capacity
- Understands the principles and concepts related to CRM Success and may have related professional accreditation.
- Knowledge of InterAction or other CRM technology. A general knowledge of the other enterprise software systems often integrated with InterAction is also helpful.
- Ability to develop performance strategies and accompanying documentation.
- Ability to monitor and improve individual client success based on a KPI matrix and the firm's specific business objectives for CRM.
