1.   What are InterAction Content Subscriptions?
InterAction Content Subscriptions allow users to bring external information directly into InterAction giving the ability of users to leverage their internal relationship intelligence with external content. Currently there are two Content Subscription offerings available: Company Profile Subscription (CPS) for InterAction and Corporate Intelligence Subscription (CIS) for InterAction.
2.   What are the benefits of the Company Profile Subscription (CPS) for InterAction?
CPS for InterAction populates and updates key company profile information directly into InterAction. This content, acquired from external sources delivered directly to the desktop through InterAction, includes annual revenues, SIC/NAICS code and description, number of employees, and company ownership status (i.e. public vs. private). By automatically populating this data into the InterAction system, professionals and marketers can begin to realize the value of their InterAction implementation quicker. And by continually updating the data, the success of the InterAction deployment is ensured by addressing one of the key issues in CRM deployments and that is data that goes stale over the course of time.
3.   How can I subscribe to CPS for InterAction?

4.   If I subscribe to CPS, how will my current InterAction license be affected?
InterAction Content Subscriptions have their own license agreements. Your current InterAction license will not be affected.
5.   What requirements are there to subscribe to InterAction Content Subscriptions?
You must be using and of the following versions of InterAction: 5.1SP4, 5.5GA, 5.5 SP1, 5.5SP2, or 5.5 SP3. Additionally, your must be current on your InterAction maintenance and support agreement throughout the term of the subscription.
6.   How difficult is the implementation process for CPS for InterAction?
The implementation process is an easy. Submit company match requests from your InterAction database using the CS Manager tool. Requested matches go through the "total match" process where our editorial staff matches your requested data. The data comes back through the CS Manager for review and import into InterAction. 7.   What is Corporate Intelligence Subscription (CIS) for InterAction and how does it differ from CPS?
CIS for InterAction populates and updates the information you get in the CPS for InterAction subscription, and it requires a subscription to atVantage — an online business development tool used by marketers and business development professionals. 9.   How is CPS for InterAction priced?
