Interface Software Ends 2001 with Record CRM Software Sales

Company maintains 50 percent growth, adds 300th customer despite sluggish economy

The company reported an impressive 50 percent sales increase over the previous year.

Interface Software also reached the 300-customer milestone in 2001 by adding over 70 firms to its customer base. While historically the company marketed its software and services exclusively to the legal marketplace, this past year also reflected InterAction's growing traction in other services sectors, with almost 25% of new sales coming from markets including accounting, management consulting and financial services.
