Previously, the firm was using an Access database administered by a full-time employee to manage more than 7,000 contacts, which represented only a fraction of the individual consultants' contacts. Using InterAction, Grenzebach Glier expects to expand its database of contacts by 50-100%, substantially leveraging the firm's ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, as well as increase the value of the service it provides to its clients. In addition, the firm expects its full-time database administrator to be able to focus on other activities due to the time saved through InterAction.
