iManage and Interface Software Partner to Deliver Integration Between Collaborative Content and Client Relationship Management

Enhanced Connectivity Enables Matter, Deal and Relationship Intelligence for Professional Services Firms

InterAction users will not only have a 360-degree view of their relationships, additionally they will gain valuable insight by accessing matter-centric documents and related work-product native to iManage WorkSite. For example, an attorney or paralegal working on a matter will be able to see the customer data, including the customer's history and personal contacts for the case on the same WorkSite page that links to all the content and communications related to that case. Similarly, bankers, auditors, consultants and other collaboration-oriented professionals will be able to move seamlessly among the documents pertaining to a matter and the team members, outside collaborators, client contacts and others with whom they need to communicate, without switching applications.
