Interface Software Ranked Number One in Customer Service for Second Consecutive Year
Survey of top law firms reveals that support for InterAction® is best among all IT products
OAK BROOK (IL), 6 November, 2002: Interface Software is pleased to announce that for the second year in a row it has been ranked first in customer service in the Survey of IT Leaders in Law Firms of More Than 200 Attorneys, conducted by LawNet, Inc., and the legal consultancy Marketing to Lawyers. The 2002 survey polled LawNet User Group members in July on a wide array of issues ranging from technology budgets to firms' use of outside IT consultants.
Technology decision makers were asked to name the legal vendors that provided them with exceptional customer support within the last year. According to the survey publisher, the "far and away" winner was Interface Software in the support of its InterAction Relationship Intelligence solution, which garnered 21 percent of the responses. The only other multiple vote recipients for this question received slightly more than four percent of the responses. In 2001, the first year the survey was conducted, Interface Software also took top honors for customer support.
