Interface Software's InterAction Nominated for CRM Advocate's Fourth Annual Users Choice Award

User judges can now cast their ballots for best-of-class CRM products

OAK BROOK (IL), 26 March, 2003: Interface Software announced today that InterAction, the leading CRM solution for professional services, has been nominated in CRM Advocate's Users Choice Award program. The Users Choice Awards is a "best of class" recognition for customer relationship products and services based on the judgments of the people who actually use them. Awards will be given in multiple customer management categories. The program is sponsored by the CRMAdvocate industry initiative.

As the program name suggests, the judges for the award are the users of customer management products and services. Award winners will be selected based on satisfaction with the nominated products and services, and the impact that the product or services has had on a company's ability to interact with customers. By voting user judges will also be automatically entered into a drawing for a $100 cash prize.
