Ogilvy Renault Selects Interface Software's InterAction 5 to Facilitate Growth, Collaboration and Cross-Selling

InterAction considered essential component to "one-firm firm" CRM strategy

OAK BROOK (IL), 18 August, 2003: Interface Software announced today that Ogilvy Renault, a leading Canadian firm comprising more than 450 lawyers, patent agents and trademark agents, has selected InterAction 5, the market-leading CRM solution for professional services organizations and relationship-based organizations. The firm undertook an exhaustive search for a CRM solution and ultimately narrowed down its options to two packages - InterAction 5 and another product the firm had previously trialed internally.
