Interface Software's InterAction Wins Legal Office Technology Innovation Award for Best 'Best of Breed' Product

'LOTIES' honour signifies growing strategic reliance upon Relationship Intelligence in professional services sector

OAK BROOK (IL) 4 December, 2003: Interface Software announced today that its market-leading CRM solution, InterAction®, has been named best 'Best of Breed' product in the 2003 Legal Office Technology Innovation Award (LOTIES) competition. Run by In Brief Magazine, the LOTIES awards recognise innovative law firms and suppliers that are shaping the direction and future of legal technology.

According to Karen Jones, publisher of In Brief Magazine and organiser of the awards event, competition for the 2003 LOTIES was more intense than in any previous year. "We received over 20,000 votes from users supporting their technology providers, which is 8,000 votes more than last year," said Jones. "This is a record for us and an immense response for those short-listed in our contests."

Jones added that accompanying increased voter participation were significant accolades directed towards the LOTIES winners.
