Matheson Ormsby Prentice Implements InterAction for CRM

Integration with Axxia Practice Management System will provide global client view of Relationship Intelligence

OAK BROOK (IL) 27 September, 2004: Interface Software announced today that Dublin, Ireland-based Matheson Ormsby Prentice has implemented InterAction® as the cornerstone of the firm's client relationship management (CRM) strategy. The firm will integrate InterAction with its Axxia practice management system to provide fee earners with a global, 360-degree view of client Relationship Intelligence.

"We wanted more than a centralised Rolodex," said Julie Weinmann, Matheson Ormsby Prentice's marketing manager. "We chose InterAction because it was all encompassing yet easy for fee earners to use."

The firm is leveraging InterAction to consolidate multiple lists and provide a comprehensive platform with which to conduct marketing and business development initiatives. In addition, InterAction now serves as a fee earner resource to obtain up to the second information on client interactions and relationships. "Previously, lawyers had to send out email inquiries to determine whether a helpful relationship existed or the status of particular client issues," said Weinmann. "Now lawyers can get immediate reports to track referrals, to understand who in the firm knows whom, and to research the history of firm interactions with clients and prospects. This assists with our objective to deliver the best advice and service to our clients."

With its initial implementation a success, Matheson Ormsby Prentice has begun integrating InterAction with financial data from Axxia. "A significant amount of important relationship intelligence is housed in our practice management system," said Weinmann. "When our integration is complete, fee earners will have instant access to client billings, industry types and other data that will provide a more complete picture of the client relationship and allow us to segment and analyse the market more effectively and efficiently."
