Midsize Law Firm Bernstein Shur Selects LexisNexis Interface Software for CRM
InterAction's CRM track record for excellence and firm's ability to grow into product cited as key considerations
OAK BROOK (IL), 23 May, 2005. LexisNexis Interface Software announced today that the Portland, Maine-based law firm Bernstein Shur has selected InterAction®, the leading CRM solution for professional services organizations. The software selection team considered several CRM products targeted to the legal market. However after considerable due diligence, it became clear that InterAction was the preferred package. "An industry association had done a survey of CRM solutions, and InterAction was rated highest," said Ardell. "We also took advantage of the Legal Marketing Association listserv, had conversations with colleagues at other firms, and talked with other marketing directors and learned that other firms had positive experiences with InterAction."
The software selection team also was impressed with Interface Software's commitment of resources to CRM for professional services organizations. "The fact that this is all the company does — its singular focus — was compelling," said Gerard.
