Danish Law Firm Kromann Reumert selects LexisNexis InterAction CRM Solution

LONDON, 17 July, 2007 — Following a rigorous review of CRM solutions Kromann Reumert, one of the leading law firms in Denmark has selected LexisNexis InterAction, the CRM market leader for professional services organisations, including top-ranked law firms in Europe. Kromann Reumert evaluated a number of suppliers of CRM solutions prior to making its decision to proceed with LexisNexis InterAction.

LexisNexis InterAction is integrated into Kromann Reumert's core business applications, including direct feeds from the Navision Practise Management System and client specific data being delivered to the desktop through InterAction links to Experian analytical and information services. Fee Earners will be able to view all relevant client specific information including, contact history, key contacts and relationships, financial information, subsidiaries/parents, board members, and more.

Kromann Reumert undertook a thorough evaluation prior to making the commitment to roll out the solution to the firm. InterAction met the acceptance criteria and provided the firm with the confidence to move ahead, it will support Kromann Reumert's business development and client management initiatives by providing the firm with an up-to-date 360 degree view of client specific information. As a progressive law firm Kromann Reumert need high calibre tools to support their business initiatives, InterAction has this capability.

LexisNexis InterAction will be deployed across approximately 350 people in the firm including fee earners, personal assistants, business development and marketing. The tight integration to Outlook will ensure ease of use whilst delivering up to date information to the desktop on all client related matters.
