LexisNexis creates Professional Services and Consulting Group to offer customers an integrated approach to solutions

LONDON, 30 November, 2007 — LexisNexis InterAction the Client Relationship Management (CRM) provider for Professional Services organisations and LexisNexis Visualfiles who provide workflow solutions for the legal and professional services sectors, today announced the formation of a Professional Services and Consulting Group which has been formed with teams from both divisions. This group of specialists will implement tightly integrated LexisNexis solutions that can offer a combination of content, technology and services that can be embedded into an organisation's workflow.

InterAction was acquired by LexisNexis in 2004 and Visualfiles in 2006. It is the synergies between these two business enablement solutions that led to the formation of this new professional services organisation. Specialists within the group have already received cross-training, and with offices in Scotland, Southampton, London and Leeds, now give customers access to a talented pool of individuals across the UK.
