West Monroe Partners Expands Partnership with LexisNexis® InterAction®
Enhanced Joint Marketing Agreement Pairs CRM ClearSight™ Dashboard with LexisNexis® InterAction® Customer Relationship Management Application.
CHICAGO, IL, 7 July, 2008 — West Monroe Partners, a full-service business and technology consultancy, today announced that it has expanded its partnership with LexisNexis® InterAction® to include joint marketing activities to promote West Monroe Partners' CRM ClearSight™ dashboard. Under the expanded partnership, LexisNexis will market the CRM ClearSight™ dashboard in conjunction with its LexisNexis® InterAction® customer relationship management (CRM) application.
The CRM ClearSight™ dashboard enhances an organization's current CRM software by displaying real-time information in the form of easy-to-read graphics. It works seamlessly with LexisNexis® InterAction®, drawing information that offers an up-to-the-minute look at the organization's most important marketing, business development and customer service metrics. West Monroe Partners introduced an upgraded version of the product in September 2007.
