InterAction Application Collaboration
This one day workshop provides participants with a basic understanding of Application Collaboration and practical exercises on how to import contact(s) and contact data into InterAction from external data sources such as an HR, Billing or Accounting systems.
Audience
- Individuals responsible for initially populating their InterAction database with contacts from an external data source.
- Individuals responsible for updating or maintaining their InterAction database on an ongoing basis from an external data source.
Prerequisites
- InterAction for Data Stewards and Marketing Users course (or equivalent experience of the Windows Client) and
- InterAction for Application Administrators course

- Give the participant an understanding of how Application is structured.
- Provide the skills necessary to create a data source and data sets in order to harvest data from an external data source.
- Understand the different configuration options available for creating data sources and data sets.
