InterAction Train-the-Trainer

This two-day course prepares trainers to educate professionals, administrative assistants and secretaries about InterAction. This course provides information on how to use the InterAction Web Client and InterAction Desktop Integration, as well as tips for teaching InterAction end users.

The class also describes how to use the InterAction Education Toolkit to develop a customized InterAction education program.

This course is also available in an onsite version.
