InterAction 5.6 Feature Update - DCM

This Web-based course provides update information for the InterAction 5.6 Data Change Management feature. You will learn about the differences between the 5.5 and 5.6 versions. You will also see examples of how to use the two new views of the Inbox in the 5.6 version to help in organizing and processing Tickets. Configuration of the Data Management Settings will also be covered. This course is targeted to those who work with InterAction Data Change Management to maintain data quality.

  • Understand the differences between versions 5.5 and 5.6
  • Process Data Change Management Tickets using the Data Change Management Inbox/Organizing Tickets
  • Prioritize DCM Tickets
  • Configure Data Change Management
