This Web-based course provides update information for the InterAction 5.6 Train-the-Trainer class. You will learn about the differences between the 5.5 and 5.6 versions with the emphasis being on the changes that the end user will experience in both the Web Client and in PIM. You will see our recommendations for how to train your end users on the 5.6 functionality. This course is targeted to those who train end users.

Course Objectives

  • Explain and instruct end users on new InterAction 5.6 Web Client and PIM functionality.
  • Explain and instruct end users on key differences between InterAction 5.5 and 5.6.
  • Understand best practices with regard to training end users on InterAction 5.6 functionality.

You may reschedule or cancel without penalty up to 10 business days prior to the course. If cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 10 business days of the first day of class, payment will be processed for the full price of the course. You may re-schedule for a future course subject to availability.
