Hardware requirements
- High-Speed Internet Connection
This is critical for viewing the instructor as well as the providing a fast connection to the dedicated workstation into which you are logged. - Telephone
You will dial into a conference call to hear the instructor. - Dual Monitors
We highly recommend that you utilize two monitors to receive the best experience in a virtual course. This set-up will make it easy to watch the instructor walk through an example, while you practice the same example on your virtual machine. One monitor is used to watch the instructor demonstrate InterAction activities and to see the instructor via webcam within Live-MeetingĀ®. The second monitor is used to see the virtual workstation into which you are logged. Contact your IT department about setting up your workstation with two monitors. - Remote Desktop Connection (Terminal Services Client 6.0) for Windows XP
Instructions on verifying current settings or installation are provided after registration for training.
