Meet the Professional Services Team
David Caiati
Director of Professional Services


David has been with LexisNexis for 10 years. He’s held roles as Sr. Consultant, Project Manager, Professional Services Manager, and Director of Professional Services. Prior to LexisNexis he was a Controller at a Cleveland, OH law firm for 10 years. As the Director of Professional Services he’s responsible for managing the consulting teams for the InterAction and Juris business lines. His number-one goal is to make sure that our customers receive world-class consulting services.
John Leininger
Senior Technical Consultant


John Leininger is a Senior Consultant who has been with the Consulting Services team since 2007. He provides technical services to InterAction clients, including custom reporting, data conversions, and data integrations. He also assists with scoping of technical services for new and existing clients.
Asna Goldman
Senior Consultant


Asna has been serving InterAction customers for over 12 years. Her broad experience in technology and business has helped her clients succeed. As a Senior Consultant, Asna’s areas of expertise encompass new implementation, technical lead, architecture and upgrade planning, complex database consolidation and integration service, business analysis, and project management.
Kris Bochat
Senior Consultant


Kris Bochat has worked with numerous law firms – including several in the AmLaw 50 – as well as professional, financial, and consulting service firms. He has worked with LexisNexis since 2007 and has more than 17 years’ consulting experience. Kris’ positions have included Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Implementations Specialist. His goal is to make the world a better place through CRM.
Bill Leary
Senior Project Manager


Bill Leary brings over 30 years of experience in the software technology industry, with a deep knowledge of client-server and web-based applications, system analysis, software development, and cloud computing. In his current role with LexisNexis as a Sr. Project Manager, Bill has spent the last 7 years working with customers who are looking to improve their CRM by utilizing LexisNexis InterAction. He has also worked across several LexisNexis business lines.
Danielle Splendore
Project Manager


Danielle Splendore is a customer focused and results driven professional with repeated success in leading the planning and execution of multiple initiatives. Danielle earned her Master’s in Business Administration, with a concentration in organizational leadership. She began her career in the healthcare industry managing a multimillion-dollar eCommerce platform. Her positions over the years have included Program and Product Manager as well as Project Manager. When not working, Danielle can be found spending quality time with her family.
Bryan McDonald
Technical Consultant


Bryan McDonald is a Technical Consultant who has been with the Consulting Services team since 2008. He provides technical services to InterAction clients, including web customizations, data conversions, and data integrations. He also assists with scoping of technical services for new and existing clients.
